ALS Association Community Providers
When you become an ALS Association Community Provider you demonstrate to our ALS advocates that you are committed to providing the people we serve with superb, individualized care. In addition, Community Providers pledge to make a substantial contribution in the lives of those living with ALS by supporting one or more of our Chapter’s yearly events through sponsorship—the number one way to prominently promote your company in front of those who support our Chapter. By becoming a Community Provider you are eligible for the perks listed below along with the sponsor benefits of the event/level you choose to support.
Perks:
- Logo recognition as an “ALS Association Community Provider” on the Chapter website.
- Highlighted as “ALS Association Community Provider” on Chapter and event specific social media pages.
- Mention in Chapter’s annual report, distributed virtually and hard copy one time annually.
