If you choose to pledge an undesignated gift to the United Way of Greater Saint Louis more than 400 community volunteers from our region will work together to ensure that your contribution is strategically invested in programs where its needed most among nearly 200 Health & Human Service agencies in United Way's service area.
From basic needs to specialized care, these 200 local Health & Suman Service agencies improve lives and help strengthen our community. Chances are you or someone you know has benefited from a United Way supported agency. More than 90 centsof every dollar contributed to the United Way directly impacts people in need.
For more than half a century, Community Health Charities (CHC) has represented the most well-respected health charities in our country. These charities, of which The ALS Association is a proud member, must meet stringent criteria in order to be accepted, ensuring a cost effective partnership that enhances the ability to deliver more of every dollar donated into the hands of those who desperately need it. Through its nationwide network of 36 affiliate offices, CHC effectively connects the American workplace to credible charities focused on addressing our nation’s most pressing health issues.
Contributing through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) #72333
As a member of Community Health Charities (CHC), we are one of the voluntary health agencies participating in the CFC.Federal government employees are encouraged to participate in the CFC
and may designate The ALS Association St. Louis Regional Chapter by
